Q: Are there beginner and advanced modifications to the workouts?
Yes, we give you easier and more difficult modification options throughout the workouts so you can always be prepared to push yourself, no matter your fitness level.

Q: Do I need equipment for the workouts?
You need two sets of dumbbells for the program, one lighter set, one heavier set. If you are a beginner, a set of 10 pound dumbbells (for your “heavy” dumbbells) and 2 cans of soup (for your “light” dumbbells) works fine. If you are more advanced, we would recommend a set of 8-10 pounders and 15-20 pounders.

Q: Are the follow-along workout videos full length workouts?
Yes! we walk you through every repetition of every exercise. Every workout you’ll be sweating it out with Sara and two other SuperMoms. As you work through each exercise, you’ll be given instruction to ensure appropriate technique so you’ll get the best results.

Q: How long are the workouts?
The workouts are about 20 minutes each. Moms are the busiest people on the planet. I’m not going to give you workouts that take up to an hour and a half a day like most of those infomercial workout programs. Our workouts are 20 minutes of cardio, strength training and metabolic conditioning. Research has repeatedly shown that if you’re working out correctly, this is all you need. What a relief, huh?! (NOTE: the yoga workout is longer and may be done on days you have the time to stretch it out and relax a bit.)

Q: Can I really expect noticeable results in only 5 weeks?

I was always a very slim girl, my normal weight pre-pregnancy was 130 pounds and I was a size 2-4 in clothes. Two years ago, i married my husband and at the age of 28 we had our first baby. Nothing about the pregnancy was easy. I was so out of my element, my weight surged to 203 pounds!! and this was the week before I gave birth…I was miserable and not to mention un-recognizable!!

After delivering my daughter, I was 100% sure that I would never fit into any of my clothes again.
